Being True

Do we ever stop to ask ourselves,
What is a relationship
What do we expect
Can we be true
or do we need more
Do we question why,
we need more

What is missing
What is wrong
Could it be our own insecurities
Our low self esteem
Do we fill less a man or woman
Can we not look inside
To find ourselves

We are who we are.
Nothing more, nothing less,
should be expected of us.
Look deep in our minds
Search deep in our hearts
Reach to our very souls
You will find there is
no greater love, than true love
Give all you have
to that special someone
There won't be time
or need for more

Ask yourself why,
for what reason need there be more
Give all your love
to that special someone
If it is truly love,
that is all each of you need

Keep in mind,
Do you want to share
that special someone
with someone else
Or do we keep it all for ourselves

If we keep looking for love
What are we searching for?
Not finding it in that special someone
Question why
What is missing?
True love is not to question
Needs no answer
You just know
