"My Little Boy"

How do we share the love of a little boy
Thinking it's best he live away

Wanting a better life, for him than me
Thinking it's best that he live away

So hard to see him grow
When not there to see him glow

How do we share, with all three
Mommie, daddy or thee

Who can make all his dreams come true
Like mine were for me

Never in day care
Always in loving care
With a Grandparent who loves him too

It's hard to understand
Why we think it's best

For all I want, is my little boy
to have the best

To have a mother and father figure
all his own
Always to be divided by three
Some day he'll know
I did my best
For him to be all he can be

No Love can replace , a mothers love
Only replacing, what a mother can't give

Daddy try to understand
What is best, for your son
Not for you to become the only one

Let our son have the best
From your family

Who can judge
To know what's best
For our sons happiness

Children that have a mom and dad
Sometimes still turn out bad

So who's to say, what is best
For our son to have a life
That we can't give him
Let's stick together
For his sake
As long as he's happy
Lets not change
All the things
that make him a home

to have the best
